Exciting Contemporary Romance Announcement 

I'm giving you another baby...
Their names are Lucas and Alex. 

This past week as I was in Oak Island, North Carolina, I got side swiped with two characters. That hasn't happened to me since I was in Las Vegas and Ysabelle and Sebastian decided that after a year they wanted to come out and play. I wrote MVP in three weeks and surprised released it on the year anniversary of VIP. I never write more than one book at a time. I can't focus on more than a few voices and storylines in my head. I wish I could but I can't. I know lots of authors who can but sadly I'm not one of them. 

I have steadily been working on MIKA and I am about half way done. While on the balcony overlooking the water in our rented condo I grabbed my computer to work on MIKA and found myself opening a new document. It poured out of me. The words, feelings, emotions.

Before I knew it I was at 5k. Ben and I went to dinner and I talked to him about it. Their voices are so strong and they don't want to be ignored. They want their story to be told. So... I decided that I'm putting MIKA on "temporary" hold. I will get back to it as soon as I'm done with this book. It's flowing like crazy and I'm already at almost 20k. I want to have it out before Love N Vegas July 18th or at least have paperbacks for it at my table. 

I hate to do this to my readers who have been waiting for MIKA but I have been inspired. My heart is beating so fast as I write this because I don't want to disappoint anyone. I'm sorry if I'm doing that. I just have to go with what I feel in my gut. 

Lucas and Alex's story will be a contemporary romance. It will not be erotica. BUT. It will still have the M. Robinson angst and wanting to throw your Kindle against the wall. I think this book will be the most angst I have ever written. It's HIGH. It's a love story. A girl grows up with four boys in the small Southern beach town I just visited but Lucas and Alex have always had a special bond. The book starts off when she is ten and he is twelve and will carry until their late twenties. It will be an emotional roller coaster. There will be sex scenes but the story is not govern by sex. It's govern by the emotional attachment and devoted love these two characters have for one another. It has no title yet. I'm still working on something that fits them. 

I think my books have always had solid storylines but the sex was an added bonus. I'm nervous, I'm scared... but I hope to truly give you a story that will rip your hearts out and have you love them as much as I already do. 

I will have more news on cover reveal sign ups, blog tour, etc... soon. Again, MIKA has been put on hold. I will get back to it as soon as this story is finished.
